Publish Pros

Publish Pros is a full-service self-publishing assistance company, a registered South Carolina business since 2012, working out of North Charleston. It sells cover design as one line among editing, interior formatting, distribution and marketing, and positions itself on authors keeping their rights, royalties, own ISBN and own imprint. It is an IBPA member and holds a USPTO trademark on the name.

The animated cover product is gone. This listing previously described a $149 AI image-to-video animated book cover. That product has been retired: /animated-book-covers/ no longer resolves to a page (it serves the homepage), the slug is absent from the site's published-page index, and a site-wide search for "animated" or "animation" returns zero results. Nothing on the current cover page mentions AI. Authors who came here for a $149 animated cover need a different vendor.

Every package includes an initial phone or Zoom consultation with an account coordinator, a free barcode generated from your own ISBN, and final files in PDF and JPEG. All five prices are published as "starting at" figures, so treat them as floors, not quotes.

• Ebook Only — from $499: One front-only concept, 2 rounds of changes, unlimited licensed premium stock or author-provided images, image enhancement and manipulation included. No print formatting; delivered as a high-resolution JPEG.
• Simple — from $649: One full-wrap design (front, spine, back), one licensed stock or author-provided image, 2 rounds of changes. Image enhancement and manipulation are explicitly not included. Amazon paperback formatting included.
• Advanced — from $799 (marked Most Popular): Two full-wrap concepts, unlimited changes on the chosen design, unlimited licensed images, enhancement and manipulation included, paperback formatting included.
• Premier — from $949: Three full-wrap concepts, otherwise identical to Advanced.
• Children's Illustrated — from $1,099: Custom hand-drawn or digital illustrations, two full-wrap designs, 2 rounds of changes, and management of the illustrator relationship (yours or theirs). Discounted when bundled with other services.
• The $150 step from Simple to Advanced is the one to read closely. The cheapest full-wrap is also the most constrained tier on the page: a single image and no retouching. Advanced adds a second concept, unlimited images, enhancement, and unlimited revisions for $150 more.
• Add-ons, no prices published: Back Cover Text, Author Bio Writing, and Title Development are described but never priced — quote only.
• Limitations: No turnaround is published anywhere on the site, so request a delivery window before scheduling around a launch. No layered or editable source file is offered — PDF and JPEG are the stated deliverables. No stock-image licence cap is published, which matters because four of five tiers are built on licensed stock. The page carries exactly one footnote and it scopes the "unlimited" revisions to "reasonable adjustments within the original project scope," with major redesigns or new directions billable; the asterisk printed beside "Paperback formatting for Amazon included" on the four print tiers has no matching footnote at all.
• Pricing position: This is the upper end of the category. The $499 ebook-only floor sits above most studios' full-wrap prices, and $649–$949 for a custom wrap is premium territory alongside Castleforte's static covers ($300–$750) and Jessica Bell (€550), well above Miblart ($195–$390) or GetCovers.
