Cover By Nabin is the studio of Nepal-based designer Nabin Karna. It sells exclusive premade covers, custom covers, and a service that turns AI-generated art into print-ready files. Karna says he has designed covers since 2016. He has sold cover design and formatting on Fiverr since March 2017, where his profile shows a 4.9 rating from 2,441 ratings. The coverbynabin.com domain itself was only registered in July 2025.

What You Get#

• Premade covers: 502 designs were listed on 2026-10-11, almost all at $49 for the ebook front. Paperback wrap costs $39 more, hardback $29 and audiobook $19, so all four formats come to $136. Each is sold once; the first draft arrives within one business day.
• Custom covers: Basic $99 (ebook front), Standard $199 (ebook plus full paperback wrap for KDP and IngramSpark), Premium $249 (adds hardback case-wrap/dust jacket and an ACX audiobook cover). All include PSD source files (layered on Standard and Premium) and 3D mockups; first concept within 3 business days.
• AI Cover Rescue: Karna repairs an existing AI-made or older cover by hand: artefacts, typography, a 300 DPI rebuild and spine/bleed setup. It costs $149 for the front, $249 for a print wrap, or $299 for a bundle that adds the hardback jacket, an audiobook cover and mockups. You approve a watermarked proof before final delivery.
• AI Book Cover Creator: A credit-based generator (it references Ideogram). One free trial generation, then one-time packs of 50/150/300 credits for $15/$29/$49. A $39 add-on gets a generated concept upscaled into a 300 DPI wrap.
• Free tools: ISBN barcode generator (vector PDF/EPS or PNG, optional EAN-5 price code, no account), cover template calculator, 3D mockup generator and thumbnail audit.

Pricing: All prices are in USD and paid in full upfront by card or PayPal. Extras: social media kit $50, Amazon A+ Content $45, bookmark $30, interior formatting from $99 (up to 50,000 words), and upload to a store at $99 per platform. The FAQ mentions a series discount for 3+ covers but gives no percentage.

Who It's For#

• Budget wide-format publishers: The $249 Premium package covers ebook, paperback, hardback and audiobook.
• Authors with an AI draft: The Rescue service is built for Midjourney or Ideogram art that fails KDP's resolution, bleed or text requirements.

Strengths#

• Clear published prices: Every package, add-on and premade format is priced, with PSD source files included.
• Exclusive premades: The refund policy and FAQ state each premade is removed from the library when bought. Gaps in the cover reference numbers fit that.
• Long marketplace record: About 2,400 Fiverr ratings since 2017 outweigh the new website's thin footprint.

Limitations#

• Inflated trust badges: The site shows "5.0 on Trustpilot" and "1,000+ Client Reviews". The Trustpilot profile was claimed in September 2026 and has only 2 reviews (TrustScore 3.8). The site also gives two different cover counts: 500+ on the homepage and 1,000+ on the About page.
• Not AI-free: The FAQ says licensed AI tools may be used for background textures, on premades too. You have to ask before buying if you need a cover with no AI at all.
• Strict refunds: Premades are final sale. Custom work carries a 50% kill fee once concepts are delivered, AI credits are non-refundable, and the terms fall under Indian law.
• Booking queue: A homepage banner says new bookings are for next month, even though the first draft is quoted at 3 days.

Alternatives#

Rocking Book Covers is another single-designer shop with exclusive premades ($30–$175) and a deeper thriller catalog, but its custom work starts at $350. GetCovers, a Miblart sister studio, is cheaper for custom work ($10–$35).
