Limitations#

• No behavioral automation triggers: There is no way to trigger a sequence based on whether a subscriber opened or clicked an email. Re-engagement campaigns ("no open in 90 days"), link-click follow-ups, and behavioral segmentation are not possible. This is a significant gap versus Kit, MailerLite, ActiveCampaign, and beehiiv.
