BKLNK is a free utility built for KDP authors who want to understand Amazon's category system without paying for a premium tool. It combines two distinct functions in a single no-account-required tool: universal book links that route readers to their regional Amazon store, and a category research module that reveals where any book is actually classified on Amazon.

What You Get#

• CATFINDER: Paste any book's ASIN or ISBN-10 and see every Amazon category it ranks in across .com, .co.uk, .ca, and .de — including "hidden" subcategories that don't appear in a book's product listing.
• CATALIZE: From a CATFINDER result, drill into any category to see what the top 30 books in that category use. Useful for reverse-engineering category laddering strategies from bestsellers.
• Universal Book Links (UBL): Create a single shareable link that redirects international readers to their local Amazon store automatically (US, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).
• Affiliate Code Embedding: Add your Amazon Associates tag to any UBL so you earn commissions from every sale the link generates.

Strengths#

Limitations#

• Community-supported, single developer: The site runs on donations. The owner considered shutting it down in September 2025 before deciding to keep it active. Continuity is not guaranteed.
• No sales estimates: Unlike paid tools, there is no ASIN sales estimator or BSR-to-sales converter.
